Agreement to Terms

Use License

Upon downloading X-LIVE Converter, you are granted a free trial license for a period of seven (7) days for personal evaluation purposes only. This trial license is non-transferable.

By purchasing a license for X-LIVE Converter, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to download, install, and use the software on multiple computer platforms (including Mac, Windows, and Linux) that you own or control, for both personal and commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions herein.

Under this purchased license, you may not:

  • use the software as part of a competing product or service;
  • attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise convert the software to a human-perceivable form, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation;
  • remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the software or its documentation.

Violation of these terms may result in the termination of your license at the discretion of X-LIVE Converter. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the software in your possession or control.

X-LIVE Converter makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Limitations
